I actually don't consider this twinking because I understand that twinking requires two characters on the same account that you can not play at the same time. I just have a problem with multi-accounts in EVE because a) you get a significant advantage simply by investing real money and b) the developers support this and make it smell like a money machine. Definitely a game I want to love. But just never was able to get a descent corp. These are the same things I always said to people crying about my multi-boxing. If you don't like it, don't do it. To me, leveling one character was horribly boring and mindless. The fun was seeing if i could run 2 or 3 (comp could not handle 5) char's in an instance and not have anyone notice until the end when simultaneous dance macro's and other things would give it away on purpose.
