After the April update, the CrimeCraft team is now working on another major game update – a singleplayer campaign. According to a report from Examiner, the purpose of the CrimeCraft Singleplayer update is to provide more content and make the gameplay richer and more enjoyable. Since the project has just started, developer Vogster Entertainment didn’t give any detail about it.

CrimeCraft was originally pay-to-play, but financial problems forced the team to go free-to-play, with monthly subscriptions still being available. Vogster’s other projects Robocalypse(Nintendo DS, iPhone, Wii) and Unbound Saga(Xbox 360).

Recently Blizzard expanded their store for World of Warcraft by adding two in-game items; The Celestial Steed Flying Mount and the Lil’ XT Pet. A functional mount is a first for the store and demand has been very high.

Reports from WoW.com have indicated that the number of individuals in the queue for the Celestial Mount is above 140,000. According to itworld.com, Blizzard is making an estimated $2.5 million per hour from these new little additions to the Blizzard store.

Concern from the community has arisen about Blizzards new marketing tactic, with many saying that it is unfair for those that have spent hours upon hours of playtime, trying to earn the in-game gold that is required for a flying-mount.

We’re betting that the fine folks at Blizzard are pretty darn happy at the moment. $2.5 million per hour for a new mount and pet. Blizzard is on a roll.

Atlantica Online is one giant MMORPG! Just a few days ago we informed you of the new housing system. But it seems we were just getting warmed up. Last month NDoors picked up a grand prize winner for the “create your own mercenary” contest, along with five runner-ups. Now the developers want to show you the winner. As some of you may know the winner of the contest, Symban, will have his creation brought to love. His creation is called Camilla: A Vampire Countess derived by the effects of the Oriharukon device in Bran Castle, she floats through the air, draining life from other players to sustain her existence. Camilla looks every bit the part of a Vampire Countess, with jet black hair contrasted against her snow-white skin and blood-stained lips. Players will be able to learn more about this mercenary as we near its release. Congratulations, Symban.

The Ragnarok Online team has announced that there will be a RO Server Merge. The servers Chaos, Loki and Iris will merge into a brand new one, but the name is still unknown. Characters will be transfered, nothing will be lost, except for Guilds. There will be a ”pre-list” so that guilds don’t loose their names once they are dissolved. ”God items” will be broken into their construction parts, so recreating them all back might take a long time. Any character name will be temporary, until the RO team has finalized a character’s transfer(if there are name conflicts, they will be resolved). So, if you are a Ragnarok player on one of the three servers, you might want to double-check everything.
