Rift Planes of Telara: Plane of Death
In a recent press release Trion Worlds goes in depth, in fact, the deep and darkest depths of The Plane of Death for their upcoming MMORPG Rift: The Planes of Telara.
In a haunting description of this infested, barren and diseased plane, we learn more about Regulos, Devourer of Worlds and his constant pursuit of breaking back into Telara. Regulos rules over the desolate Plane of Death, promising his cultists peace through death and his lieutenants eternal power over his undead army, but will unmake anything to quench his hunger. To accurately describe just how much despair fills this plane, we are treated with an excerpt from the journal of a woman and her family who were unlucky enough to be sucked into a Death Rift.
“From the journal of Maura Reinhard,
We lived at the heart of where the Shade appeared, my husband, my two sons and I. We tried to flee, but the land was dead in every direction. The undead beasts of the rifts did not slaughter us, but watched with hollow eyes, as if they knew. As if they knew. My sons changed, skin tight over bones, and so pale I could see down to their dear hearts. Their father recoiled from them, but I could not. By night, they would tell me how alien everything seemed, how strange it was that father’s chest rose and fell as he slept, while ours did not. We decided to open him up and see why. My boys and I did not leave the shaded lands, but no matter how many people we open up, we can never remember how to breathe.”
Gee, I wonder if they lived happily ever after? Who knows?
The release goes on to describe The Endless Court, which is basically something like the Injustice League working to help The Destroyer (Regulos) return to Telara. They were once led by Aedraxis Mathos, Regulos’ most famous follower, who has mysteriously not been seen or heard from in quite some time. (I wonder what he’s up to?)

Beta is a standard practice before a game launch to make sure its stable enough to run, also this is not an asian game, this was designed in the US by Trion, one of the few actual western release games. Seriously though, its well worth a look
To Lame, one way to go about getting a beta key would be to act like you have some sense and a grasp of common etiquette. What they are looking for in a beta tester is someone to give them informative feedback on gameplay elements and things like that. Not somebody who has a gimme gimme attitude and no social skills.
im waiting for them to email me back with a serial code, id test it for like 50 hrs a week if they would let me
same. i hope that this beta doesnt have a start time and a stop time. i always hate that about betas. i want to beable to play all day and night if i find it to be a good enough game.
